Founded in 1998, Health Care Connection is a professional organization that takes pride in providing the highest quality personal service and care.
Owner, Nancy Mack, RN, PHN, GCM has nearly three decades of experience working with seniors and disabled adults in Marin County. She combines her nursing background and home care experience with extensive knowledge of the many resources in Marin. Nancy is a registered nurse, certified public health nurse, and certified geriatric care manager.
